Our latest venture is our own vineyard located a short stroll from the restaurant. Sparkling wine � Chalksole Vintage Reserve blended and bottled by Chapel Down Winery - is taking everyone by surprise. Their multi award winning international wine making team have worked with us to create a crisp dry sparkling wine, which perfectly matches the cuisine from the same terroir.

Perhaps the closest British vineyard to France the vineyard comprises of 5� acres of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay grapes. You are welcome to take a stroll amongst the vines before or after your meal � have a look at this map which takes the vineyard in.
